Professor Claire Kremen and Alastair Iles on Spectrum

On Friday, September 6th @ noon Spectrum will host Professor Claire Kremen and Alastair Iles.

Professor Claire Kremen is a zoologist and entomologist in the Dept of Environmental Science, Policy, & Management at the University of California, Berkeley and Alastair Iles, an Assistant Professor of Environmental Science, Policy and Management at UC Berkeley. Together they have been the faculty directors of the Berkeley Center for Diversified Farming.  Now they are embarking on the launch of the Berkeley Food Institute.  This ambitious enterprise will include the College of Natural Resources, the Goldman School of Public Policy, the Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism, Berkeley Law School and the School of Public Health.
