Join KALX and friends at The Swedish American Hall (upstairs from Cafe Du Nord) for an evening with Joe Boyd & Robyn Hitchcock for “Chinese White Bicycles.”

Boyd reads from his book White Bicycles about the musicians he discovered, nurtured, and produced in the late 1960s: The Incredible String Band, Fairport Convention, Pink Floyd, Nick Drake, and others. Hitchcock, a teenage fan then, plays some of their songs and asks Joe about them in wide-eyed wonder.

The Swedish American Hall is located at 2170 Market St. in San Francisco. Doors open at 7:00pm, show starts at 8:00pm. All ages welcome.
