Crumb Interview

Posted on April 28, 2022

crumb

Tune in Friday, April 29th @ 10am as Cherry Pie sits down with Bri (keyboard, synths, saxophone) from the NYC based band indie rock band Crumb. They chat Coachella, touring their latest record, working with producer Jonathan Rado (Foxygen) and Bri’s desert island record selection.

With a unique spin on dreamy indie pop that’s both jazzy and psychedelic, Crumb is a four-piece led by main songwriter Lila Ramani. The band issued a pair of EPs from college in Massachusetts before moving base to Brooklyn to record their full-length debut, 2019’s Jinx. In 2021, they issued their sophomore effort, Ice Melt. Established by Tufts University students in the mid-2010s, Crumb consists of Lila Ramani (vocals, guitar), Bri Aronow (synths, keyboards, sax), Jesse Brotter (bass), and Jonathan Gilad (drums).
