Another Saturday?! Another edition of KALX Live!? Yes. Here’s what you need to know about the July 12th edition of KALX Live! at 9pm.
DangerVenture has the hosting duties this week and will be welcoming The Queen & I for an interview then The Wind Ups will take over with a live set followed by another chat. Both acts are ever so conveniently dropping new albums on July 11th. The East Bay trio, The Queen & I, are supporting At Peace and we’ll make sure you have everything you need to know before they play Thee Stork Club in Oakland on August 15th.
The Wind Ups are traveling down from the not so far north of Chico. The trio will be having themselves a weekend by unveiling their new record, Confection, on July 11th with a stop at the Make Out Room in San Francisco. Saturday, of course, brings us to KALX Live! making sure you get a private show if you can’t see them for yourselves. Then, on July 17th, they’ll be stopping at the Winchester Goose back in Chico.
This marks their third LP out in the world and will be available through the fine folks at Dandy Boy Records. Make sure to start your double dose of The Wind Ups at the Make Out Room on the 11th then find your nearest radio on the 12th at 9pm.
