Singer and backup guitarist Zoe Young (aka “Band Dom“) and drummer William Renauld (aka “Willyummy“) of queercore band The Furious Tits will be stopping by KALX on Tuesday, June 24th at 7pm during the Last Will and Petra Core show, two days before the band’s appearance on a bill at the Queercore Pre-Pride Fundraiser Concert at Rickshaw Stop in San Francisco on June 26.
The Furious Tits is a queer punk band with nothing to lose. Their lyrics are snarky, their bass lines are funky, their drum beats are rhythmic catnip, and their guitar solos will melt your face. They worship at the altar of Iggy Pop and Bikini Kill, and these jaded punks will have you quitting your job and kissing a stranger by the end of their set.
