Sutros are a high octane, DIY punk band from San Francisco. Known for explosive genre bending sounds and performances, their shows teeter between sweaty dance parties and full throttle mosh pits. Their self-released debut album, Acrid Tounge, earned high praise from reviewers such as, Maximum Rock & Roll, stating, “It’s rock’n’roll, it’s noise, it’s no wave, it’s garage, it’s psychedelic, it’s post-punk. Whatever aforementioned sub-genre…, chances are you’re gonna hear something you like.” Performing with touring acts like Tsushimamire, Tyvek, the Detroit Cobras, and many more, Sutros have cemented themselves as one of San Francisco’s unforgettable bands.
