Posted on November 5, 2024

On Thursday, November 7th at 7:45pm, DJ Reality Check speaks with members of Bay Area based 24 acapella male choir, The Conspiracy of Beards, to preview this year’s San Francisco Leonard Cohen Festival at Swedish American Hall and Cafe du Nord.

The festival brings together music the late poet and singer “wrote, loved, and left behind.” The weekend of performances brings together a number of Bay Area-based poets and musicians to pay homage to the late singer. Sunday’s show with Shelly Robinson promises a multimedia performance and reflection on her decades of collaboration with Cohen.

The 5th Annual San Francisco Leonard Cohen Festival runs from November 8th to November 10th.  Ticket information and full festival schedule can be found here.
