Local singer-songwriter Deborah Crooks will be performing a short acoustic set on KALX Live! at 9pm Saturday, April 2nd to promote a benefit for the Save the Ta-Tas Foundation — an organization which exists for the advancement of medical research, awareness, education and prevention, and to aid in the fight to end cancer.
Local jazz/blues band The Blue Fur Monkeys will also be performing on KALX Live! with their original jazzy blues and torch songs. The Blue Fur Monkeys are led by local artists Tara Linda and Steven Strauss.
