KALX Live! gets heavy with Northern California instrumental sludge and doom metal duo Dread Spire on Saturday, July 19th at 9PM. This edition is hosted by shrimp mocktail.
Dread Spire is Erol Kavvas on drums and Richie Rehal on bass, two childhood friends who started jamming to get through lockdown times before they took the band out of the bedroom and into the world. Dread Spire released their debut EP Endless Empire in 2023, followed up by two singles this year “Left Behind” and “Omen.” Tune in for Dread Spire’s live in-studio performance buttressed by deep dark cuts from the KALX Live!
